Looking Up Agency is an independent booking agency established in 2025. 

Looking Up was founded by Rachael Horner after nearly a decade of experience in the entertainment industry; including artist management, label coordination, PR, studio management, and booking. Horner is currently a senior agent at Queer Music Agency (the first and only global agency to represent an exclusively queer roster).

Our mission is to support independent artists through transparent, thoughtful, and innovative booking practices.
